Our gains are not measured in the losses of others. They are counted in the conflicts we avert, the prosperity we share and the peace we extend.
George Walker Bush (born 6 July 1946) is an American politician and businessman who served as the 43rd President of the United States from 2001 to 2009, and the 46th Governor of Texas from 1995 to 2000. He is the eldest son of Barbara and George H. W. Bush. He married Laura Welch in 1977 and ran unsuccessfully for the House of Representatives shortly thereafter. He was elected president in 2000 after a close and controversial election, becoming the fourth president to be elected while receiving fewer popular votes nationwide than his opponent. He is the second president to have been the son of a former president, the first having been John Quincy Adams.

Quotes[edit]

There's an old saying in Tennessee - I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee - that says, fool me once, shame on - shame on you.
I'm a uniter, not a divider.
Freedom, by its nature, cannot be imposed. It must be chosen.
We have a place, all of us, in a long story. A story we continue, but whose end we will not see.
This young century will be liberty's century. By promoting liberty abroad, we will build a safer world. By encouraging liberty at home, we will build a more hopeful America.
We believe that freedom, the freedom we prize, is not for us alone. It is the right and the capacity of all mankind.

Note from Publisher:

George Bush was a very honorable man that serve the
CEO chair. He endured many challenges in this century of Wars and rumor of Wars. His time reminds me of John the Baptist when John stated he was not the chosen one, the one that comes after him has been chosen. When the Twin Towers was target for the beginning of a War he was leaving his term in the chair. He really wanted to continue to serve so that he could give the people the truth of what the target was all about. We then receive another God fearing man in the chair Barrack Hassan Obama he almost finish what George Bush want to perform with that War.

We will never have peace on this earth because we as human mankind have curse ourselves by when Jesus died on the cross and the written word of God has been change. We must always be prepared for War and evilness of this world. Thank you President George Bush for serving our country and I pray that you receive from our one nation under God grace and mercy on your Happy Birthday.
