Google named best company to work for for fourth year

As I posted before,  Google is a good company to work for even today. This was last year report. The reporter stated they hire good young people. That raised my eyebrow because I was thinking  about the older generation that has the experience. I read somewhere the Japanese hire their people with lower experience and they work their way to the top. Once at the top do they give them that pink slip because they want the fresh and young?  That's a question I can't answer, however I am sure the older employees still need work too. The only thing to do when have been given that pink slip is your own business.
