Ms. Thelma Houston borned May 7, 1946


 This song hit top R&B list in February 1977. No, she is not related to Whitney Houston.



Ms. Thelma Houston grew up in Long Beach, California. In 1969, she released her debut album Sunshower. produced and composed by Jimmy Webb all but one track. Ms. Houston also signed with Motown Records in 1971 with little success. But during that time she came out with a hit "You been doing wrong for so long". Ms. Houston has a great resume of achievements and honors.
