I have been listening to this music for hours now. It was sent to me from someone that I met on the internet. I decided to post it because it is nice music and I wanted to show appreciation for sending it to me.
This person means a lot to me and will forever be my friend in time of need. So thank you my friend and I hope everyone that join me today enjoyed my post. Have a wonderful day.
You'll Never Walk Alone
I heard this song when I became ill, that were sung by Patti Labelle. The version of this song was originally written by Oscar Hammerstein and composed by Richard Rodgers. These two men have written a lot of music together. This song was written for a musical play call "Carousel". About a husband that kills himself, and the wife dealing with the pain of losing her husband.
So many people have cut a record of their version of the song. Everyone has a different way of singing it. I was surprised that Ray Charles sang it too. Check out Wikipedia with searching by the song, and you will see all the people that has used the song on their album or single.
I like the song because it gives you the encouragement that you are not alone in your problems. You will make it through the storm. I decided this morning I wanted to dedicate this song to all the soldiers and their family that is serving their country. And to those that is dealing with the death of a family member that you love so very much.
Being an ex-military wife, I understand the frustration and pain of not having your husband, son, wife, daughter, mother, father with you. It becomes lonely and depressing sometimes. I want you to know I feel the pain because I too have been in the same situation. But know that this pain will end. You will find happiness, again. Just don't give into that pain.
May God be with you always.

My AwakenJourney
Good morning to my readers. Writing to you about what I feel is not easy to me, because I have a hard time expressing myself in a form of writing. I awaken early with the thoughts of posting to my blog on today's event or "what happen on this day". I first open my email to read about someone dying, which I have a serious issue with death. Death can be a beginning to some, and an end to others. What it is to me I can't express because I haven't died yet to come back and tell you what I experience. All I can express is condolence for their loss to let the person know that they are in my thoughts and prayers.
The next thing I receive from my email is a subscription that I receive from Wikipedia giving a quote by Kurt Vonnegut that stated "If I should ever die, God forbid, let this be my epitaph, THE ONLY PROOF HE NEEDED FOR EXISTENCE OF GOD WAS MUSIC. I then proceeded to read more about Mr. Vonnegut. He has a large resume of quotes that I enjoyed reading and would use to express who I am.
I read on and like this quote: "If you want to really hurt your parents, and you don't have the nerve to be gay, the least you can do is go into arts. I'm not kidding. The arts are not a way to make a living. They are a very human way to make life more bearable. Practicing an art no matter how well or badly, is a way to make your soul grow, for heaven's sake. Sing in the shower. Dance to the radio. Tell stories. Write a poem to a friend, even a lousy poem. Do it as well as you possibly can. You will get an enormous reward. You will have created something.
This blog is my creation rather bad or good. I enjoy expressing myself on this blog. I do use a lot of video's from Youtube. That is how I am conveying my art and art's that I like. The advertisements are things on my wish list. I want to share another quote from Vonnegut: I believe that reading and writing are the most nourishing forms of meditation that anyone has so far found. By reading the writings of the most interesting minds in history, we meditate with our minds and theirs as well. This to me is a miracle.
After reading some of Mr. Vonnegut quotes, I ask myself what I am doing here. I am here to create, to sing, dance, give music and possibly give you some poems. Because I know there is an "Almighty God" that created me to accomplish something rather small or large. This is a journey to explore the world of art's.

Single and a Drop of RainNot much to write about, other than it's a "Rainy night in Georgia". I will be here listening to Ray Charles who I love to listen to sometimes on the weekend. Being single and alone sometimes gives you the blues but somehow I find something to entertain me.
I can remember spending some rainy nights with my significant other, and we would cook dinner and drink wine. I don't drink anymore, but those memories really make me want to relive those days. I am no longer with that person who is on my mind occasionally, hoping he would call me. I will just be happy that I am alone and can explore the world of internet.
Most people including myself love the rain because it refreshes the air and the flowers in the garden. It also brings that favorite thing I love to watch, a rainbow.
The rain as a relationship does bring in a storm, but that storm will end with a rainbow. Even if you continue to build that relationship or discontinue you will reap the experience from the relationship. Being single brings in benefits of learning more about yourself so when you do have another relationship you can be better than the last relationship. This is my single drop of rain to the one that I was once in love with. Have a good life and be bless, I will find someone not like you, but better than you.
I enjoy watching all the actors and can't wait to see this . I personally got to me Ms. Fonda she commended my son on his acting when he played a soldier in his drama class play at Douglass High School in Atlanta Georgia. Ms. Fonda has a wonderful spirit and a great philanthropist. Actress Lily Tomlin is also a great philanthropist and hilarious person that I remember her from the "Laugh-In" days. Can't wait to see this on www.netflix.com "Grace and Frankie"
John Lennon
When the band disbanded in 1970 Mr. Lennon went solo and created this song, which put tears to my eyes to this day. He created other iconic songs such as "Give peace a chance", "Working class hero". Some of his music was politically motivated during the Vietnam War. If you listen to some of his music you will notice how he knew that wars will never be over. He really gave his best into his music to speak to the people about wars.
His life was tragically taken by a fan on December 8, 1980. He was survived by his wife Yoko Uno who he married in 1969 (which she is in the video).

Ms. Anderson was born on February 27, 1897. Most of her singing career was spent performing in concert and recital in major music venues and with famous orchestras throughout the United States and Europe between 1925 and 1965. Ms Anderson was offered roles in European opera companies, but she decline the offers due to lack of training in acting. Ms. Anderson made many recordings that reflected her performance repertoire of everything from concert literature to lieder to opera to traditional American songs and spirituals songs.
Ms. Anderson became an important figure in the struggle for black artists to overcome racial e prejudice in the United States. On April 9, 1939, with the aid of First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt and President Roosevelt Ms. Anderson performed an open-air concert on Easter Sunday on the steps of Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C.
Ms. Anderson participated in the civil rights movement in the 60s singing at the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom in 1963. She received several awards and performed for President John F. Kennedy.

I am going to end my day with this soundtrack. I love this movie. I purchase the DVD to watch whenever I feel depress about my life. It inspires me that through everything you go through, your prayers can be answered, but not when you want it too.
HANK AARON AKA "HAMMER HANK"
I remember the day Hammer Hank hit that 715 home run, it was April 8, 1974. I was glued to our black and white television, praying he made that last hit. That hit beat Babe Ruth record of 714. All of the Atlanta baseball fans were proud to have their home team player to break that record.
Mr. Aaron was born in Mobile, Alabama, on February 5, 1934. He had seven siblings including his brother Tommie Aaron, who played with Hank on the MLB team. Mr. Aaron has a long resume of baseball careers he accomplished. He was named to the National League All- Star roster 20 times and the American League All-Star roster one time. I could go on and on about this man outstanding career, which he is still active as of today. He own severals car dealership, and if my memories serve me correctly, I think he owned a Krispy Kreme Doughnut store in my neighborhood. I think he gave that up for the car business.
Mr. Aaron resides near Atlanta, Georgia.

This film looks to be focusing on your faith and how you use it in your personal life. It could be controversial to the viewers due to it is base around sexual preferences. Hope it will be good!!!!
This is a wonderful soundtrack. I really love Hans Zimmerman music. I can't get enough of it's great instrumental sounds. I started playing the violin in the seventh grade. I did not pursue that musical background because when I entered the eighth grade my high school did not have a teacher for that class. I really love the sound of violins.
"Had there been no difficulties and no thorns in the way, then man would have been in primitive state and no progress made in civilization and mental culture".
I was inspired by the email I receive to write about Anandibai Joshee. I found the video on youtube, however, it is Hindi language. My reason for posting this article because the women in India and other Asia country are having so many problems with advancing in education. Some are having problems with family stuck in the old way of choosing mates for their children. They experience racism with each others race, religion, and the color of their skin.
Anandibai Joshee aka Anandi Gopal Joshi, was the first Hindu woman to receive a medical degree. She was born on March 31, 1865 with the given name of Yama. She married at the age of nine to Gopalrao Joshi, and he rename her and educated her in secret. Mrs. Joshi took the trip to the United States to become a doctor to give medical attention to the Indian. Her life ended at the age of 21, dying of tuberculosis on February 26, 1887.

" I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." Marilyn Monroe
Ms. Monroe started out with little education and got married at an early age. When she realize her life was too conventional, she set out to find a career in acting. With little acting experience, she still rise to the most sexual icon. Due to depression, she took her life by overdosing on narcotics. After this sexual icon other sexual icon followed.

Booker T. Washington born April 5 1856, was the first African-American to be invited to the White House. He worked in the salt mines. When he learned of a school that would accept former slaves, he walked at least 400 miles to get to school. He became an very outspoken for education, and hard work for African-Americans and founded Tuskegee University.
In 1940 Booker T. Washington became the first African-American to be featured on a U.S. postage stamp.
He was a great influence to African-Americans in the south. He gave a political speech in Atlanta Georgia that attracted some attention to politicians, and community leaders.

His story really inspired me upon my own experience being homeless. When I got the opportunity to see the movie, I cried and laugh. My feelings was so emotional, because I grew up in a poor neighborhood. Yes, I come from a dysfunctional family, and sexually violated, but I had to find a way to overcome these issues.
At this point in my life I am not rich in money, nor will my story inspire someone to make a movie, but this blog gives me the opportunity to share with my viewers who I am. I know that I am rich in love, harmony, peace and most of all kindness. I like to share, and give as much as I can without the cost of money and sometimes giving money. I do want to leave some type of legacy for my family. I want them to know that life can give you richness that you desire, by giving your best to receive richness. Being rich can't give you happiness if you don't have some spiritual inspiration to succeed to have the "Pursuit of Happiness".
I want to give an applaud to Will Smith for giving his one of his best performance conveying the story of Christopher Gardner.
If you have not seen this movie, I would recommend this movie for anyone that need inspiration to not give up on you dreams and for your children too.

Almighty Jehovah has powers to solve all your problems no matter what the problem you have. If you are reading this post, God is with you right now. It's not by coincidence that you were lead to this blog.
I want to share a testimony with you, so you will know sincerity of my heart. I was homeless and living in and out of shelters. My only possession that I had left is this laptop. I was depress and totally bipolar in the mind. I was homeless for exactly forty days and forty nights until I met some people that God place into my life to help me. Yes, I had relatives that could help me, but they turn me away. It was not meant for me to receive help from my relatives. It was meant for me to turn to God for my help, and let him send me what I need. God can make a difference in your life, just look to him for your help and pray without ceasing.
May God shower you with his mercy and blessings. Have a wonderful Easter. Linda
