When you work you have to perform that job so you can keep that job. It would be nice to have that remote to change the mistakes you made so you can continue to have that wonderful position you were hire for. The shooting that happen in Orlando, Florida and the killing of co-workers and then killing himself  concerned me. What happen to him I know a lot of people wish they had a way to change what happen to him and those that was killed. We must be careful how we treat a person that is a co-worker because we don't know what is going on in that person life once they leave that job. Of course employer hire you to perform your best, but sometimes the best is just not there all the time.



It is almost the end of the week so have a great day on your job and give a great performance on that job because working is like acting. If you don't know what you are doing act like you know what you are doing, IMPROVISE.
